We use a front-end loaded development process, accelerating project schedule and minimizing execution risk:

• Bankable Plan – plan and execute technical and commercial scope to secure financing
• Design & Build – progressively develop detailed scope to complete construction package and then install all equipment and build all infrastructure to meet all requirements
• Commission – validate, start-up, and begin operation of project to commence electricity generation
• Close – complete hand-off to operations
